Primo Building & Restoration Incorporated, owned and operated by Scott Fitzgerald, is a licensed and fully insured family business. 

PBR specializes in building, remodeling, and restoration of historical and contemporary homes.  Services offered can range from custom finish carpentry, to general contracting of a complete remodel or new construction project.  We believe knowledge of design and of materials, attention to details, and highly skilled craftsmen makes PBR exceptional  in  the trade of construction.  Every project contracted with PBR will be of the highest structural integrity and craftsmanship.  To that end, we will work with the home owner to explain all building issues while meeting the customer's aesthetic expectations.
